Welcome to EZ Riders Pizza, where passion for food meets exceptional quality. Established in the heart of Carlisle, Kentucky, we are dedicated to providing quality products at affordable prices.

Our story began with a simple vision: to improve an existing product. EZ Riders started as a small franchised pizza business. However, Jim and Barbara Biddle became dissatisfied with the limitations set by the franchise. They made the decision to leave the franchise and establish their own independent restaurant in October 2003, creating a warm, inviting space where friends and families could enjoy delicious meals made with quality ingredients. With a menu that celebrates both classic favorites and innovative new flavors, EZ Riders sought not only to compete with other pizza stores but also to offer a wider variety of items to appeal to a larger clientele.
